Self styled journalists, recruiters, tutors, institute staff, independent reviewers, event organizers etc. are a large group of people who may not be the core users of an EdTech product, but they play an equally important role in the education life-cycle of any student. These set of users usually have focussed goals of using such a product.
However, even with all sorts of functional capabilities, modern solutions still fail to clearly cater to their needs, which makes them overwhelming and sometimes utterly distracting.
